Our Delivery Policy
We have partnered with Canada Post to provide you with fast and reliable service to anywhere in Canada. Just indicate the delivery address when you check out and we'll send you an email to confirm your order.
Merchandise can only be left in a secure location. If you're unavailable to receive delivery, the shipper will leave you a notification card to indicate how to obtain your order.
Delivery of oversized items to customers in certain remote locations may not be possible. In these instances, the Store will contact you to discuss the handling of your order.
Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time. Most orders are shipped the same day the order is received or on the store's next business day following receipt of the order.
All shipments are subject to product availability. We do our best to ensure that all products on our site are in stock. If we are out of stock on an ordered item, you will be contacted regarding the products availability.

If, for some reason, we or the shipping service are unable to ship your complete order, we will contact you to find out how you wish to proceed.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact the store. If we have already processed your order, it may not be possible to cancel it.

So you have an idea of what we try and do, our policies are as follows.
If you bought the wrong bag, whether its size, color etc. and would like to exchange what you’ve bought for something else, please contact me and I will arrange to have the piece picked up and returned to us at our expense, so long as shipping was paid for along with the purchase. If the purchase was made using a free shipping option, it is your responsibility to package and pay for return shipping of the item to be exchanged. Once the piece has been received, we will apply your credit to the new piece you have chosen.
If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for items that haven’t been used, are in new condition, and have all drop tags, packaging etc. We offer this refund if you contact us within 30 days of the purchase and make us aware of the return. Please have your receipt and item info ready. If the product cannot be brought back directly to our store, it is your responsibility to package and pay for shipping of the return. Whichever shipper is used to return the item, we would always recommend a tracking # and proof of delivery.
All of the pieces on our site are backed by the various manufacturers warranties. We have outlined the basics of the warranty on the products page. If you believe you have bought merchandise that needs service under the manufactures warranty, please contact either ourselves, or the manufacturer directly so that we can proceed on how best to look after your warranty claim.
