Osprey

Osprey, Inc. is a Colorado-based company founded in 1974 by Mike Pfotenhauer and Laurie White. Osprey was one of the first backpack producers to introduce breathable mesh in their backpack line in 1976. In 2005, Osprey invented a new type of backpack hip belt molding that conforms to the shape of the backpack occupant's body.
